A 3 year old girl who survived a car accident and a coma woke up with a cigarette habit! After being struck by a van and falling into a coma, young Ya Wen woke up with a dramatically different personality. Her mother began to find cigarette butts in the bathroom, but assumed they belonged to her husband, until she found little Ya Wen SMOKING the cigarettes herself!
After she was caught stealing a pack of cigarettes from a convenience store the girl was given an account with the store owner to purchase cigarrettes!? [The family also claims she drinks 3 beers a day and that she will only wear boys clothes after the accident. This story is so STRANGE!!]
This isn’t the first smoking child we have ever seen. Last month we were introduced to Ardi Rizal, a 2 year old who smokes 40 cigarettes a day!
On a positive note, Ardi is on a rehabilitation and has cut back to only 15 cigarettes a day.
Even back in Robert Ripley’s day, you could find smoking children. There was 2 year old Leslie Louis Young of Nicholasville, KY who would smoke a pipe.
And don’t forget John Mullican, Jr. who by the time he was three had been smoking for more than 2 years:
